About Us

Penang International Container Art Festival (PICAF)is a festival celebrating the vibrant street art scene in Penang, featuring the pop-up container art installations which to be displayed within Penang. PICAF invited locals and international experienced muralists to featured their creations through themes of each site's local stories or identities. These containers' artworks were placed in five different locations around Penang.
